I made an online booking, where is my confirmation?

  • After submitting payment our system will send a confirmation email
  • If you did not get the email, check your spam/bulk folder

How do I meet the driver?

  • Please note that Rio de Janeiro Airports are chaotic. your driver is going to be waiting with a poster showing your name. Meeting point will be at arrivals hall, after going trough customs. You will see several drivers holding signboards, just look for your name.
  • When arriving at Rio de Janeiro Cruise Port the procedure will be the same. Just look for your name with patience.
  • Our fares are all inclusive. Taxes, tools and parking tickets are included on porice. Nothing will be charged up no arrival.

What happens if there is a delay on my flight?

  • We will follow up your flight status online. If there is a delay, the driver will wait.
  • If you miss your plane and you board a new flight with a different number you will have to send us this information.

How far is Rio de Janeiro Airport From the City?

  • GIG International Airport (Galeão), is located a 30 KM distance form Rio de Janeiro Central Area. (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Leme, Botafogo, Downtown, etc.). Driving time can take between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic. Infernally, sometime on rush hors is can tale longer. If you are going to Barra da Tijuca or Recreio area, you might add 15 or 30 minutes to the ride.
  • SDU National Airport (Santos Dumont), is located in central Rio an a ride to Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Leme, Botafogo takes around 20 and 40 minutes. If you are going to Barra da Tijuca or Recreio area, driving time will be more than one hour.

I’m travelling with extra luggage, how do I make a booking?

  • Published prices are based on 1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person. If you are traveling with more luggage than that please contact our team before booking. We will offer you the best vehicle option based on your needs.
  • We understand that for long trips around South America you might carry important luggage. That’s not a problem, since we manage VANS and MINIBUSES that can carry lost of luggage
