They promptly emailed me instructions on what to do upon arrival at GIG Airport (Rio international airport). No problem finding the driver. He was there when we arrived. Very nice driver.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a difficult time getting my luggage as it was one of the last ones to load onto the conveyer belt. Once I got it I ran out but the Rio Airport had a freakin mall to go thru before I could exit. I finally arrived at the reception are and saw all the signs non were mine. I was offered a taxi by several people but I knew I had one waiting on me. I saw the sign with my name on it and was so excited!!! I didn't know how much time I had left so i was in a hurry. I followed him to his car and surprising ly it was close! He diligently drove me to SDU airport with my time window in mind not to miss my flight. He got me there with plenty of time and I was so relieved I wish I had Brazilian money on me to be able to tip Jim. I highly recommend this transport service to anyone and everyone! I was so fortunate to have booked in advance! So grateful!
